工程车保护链/TIRE PROTECTION CHAIN

1．Spread out the chain,with the lozenge of forgings downwards,The tension chain must be on the outer side of the wheel.
把链条铺开，请把耐磨块的菱形一面朝下放置，拉紧链必须在轮胎的外侧。
2．Drive onto the chain,stop at a distance of approx.2ft(60cm)from the end,put the mounting chain over the tire.Fix the mounting chain with the 2 mounting hooks.
驱动车子，等车轮距装甲链末端处大约2英尺（60厘米）处停下，然后把安装辅助链放在轮胎上，用安装钩固定安装辅助链。
3.Slow drive a full turn of the wheel.
缓慢地驱动车轮一整圈。
4．Stop the wheel and fasten the two ends with the assembly pliers.
停下车轮后，用装配钳夹住两端用力使之合拢。
5．Fasten the links of the outer chain with the pin–shackle.Open the mounting chain and remove the 2 mounting hooks.
用带销卸扣把外侧链上的链环扣牢，然后卸掉安装钩和安装辅助链。
6．Fasten and secure all forgings on the inner chain side with connecting rings.Continue to fasten the chain.
用连接环把装甲链两端的所有的耐磨块都牢固地扣紧，继续紧固链条。
7．Secure connecting ring:push in the locking piece,drive in the pin;Secure pin-shackle push in the fixing element and drive in the pins.
紧固连接环，将锁定块装入环内；打进弹性销；紧固连接环；紧固带销卸扣；装入紧固块并打入相应的销子。
8．Remove the mounting chain,Secure the tension lever,thus tightening the tension chain;Then push the locking plate into the tension chain and fasten.At last fasten tension chain ends with a shackle.
卸掉安装辅助链，在合适的位置上安装拉紧器，用力拉拉紧器，直到张紧链张紧为止。然后将锁定板推入拉紧链以防松动。最后卸掉拉紧器，用卸扣紧固拉紧链的末端。

ATTENTION：Make a mark on your order if Tire Protection chains will be used on wear-out tires.
注意：装甲链如要装在已磨损轮胎上，请在合同中注明。
